We loved this hotel, it was beautifully restored and neat. Gorgeous design and location in the peaceful area. The personnel was obliging - we had some questions about everything and they helped with them. The food was delicious and included cheese and pastries. Friendly check-in & amazing service.

The hotel is boutique and has a cozy ambience. We had a boutique king room and it included central heating, a sitting area and a writing desk. Receptionist is the best ever!

Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore matterhorn museum. We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. The venue was close to zermatt train station. Chez Heini was 5 mins walk away

staff was friendly as always. a spa lounge was available on site. actually the room was excellent. we would come there again, if we come to zermatt.
